HOW IT WORKS
 
1. Purchase Your Grading Package
Select the Tier 10 In-Person Grading package matching the number of cards you want graded.
Following purchase, you'll receive your Tier 10 Customer Grading Package, including complete packing and submission instructions.
 
2. Prepare & Ship Your Cards
Carefully package your cards according to the provided Tier 10 Packing Instructions.
Shipping to Tier 10 is paid by the customer. Once shipped, you'll provide Tier 10 with the tracking number so our intake team can match the incoming package to your purchase.
 
3. Tier 10 Receives Your Submission
Once received, your cards are matched to your order and entered into the Tier 10 grading process.
 
4. Your Cards Are Physically Graded
Each card is individually inspected and assessed for:

Final Grade
Breakdown Insights
 
Your official Tier 10 grade is determined from the condition of the physical card, not photographs or assumptions.
 
5. Your Completed Cards Are Returned
Once grading is complete, your cards are prepared for tracked return shipping.
 
Tier 10 covers the cost of tracked return shipping to the customer.
Tier 10 proudly uses Canada Post for return shipping to collectors across Canada. Tracking information is provided when your completed submission ships.

Shipping time to Tier 10 and return shipping time are not included in the estimated grading turnaround.
Once grading is complete and your cards have shipped, Tier 10 will provide return tracking information.

Please submit only the number of cards included in the grading package purchased.
Cards submitted beyond the purchased quantity will not be graded and will be returned according to Tier 10 submission policies.
Each Purchase ID is valid only for the specific grading order for which it was issued and may not be reused for additional submissions.
